Antioquia and Casanare
Management and coordination of the technical, administrative, financial, legal and environmental audits of 15 construction contracts, which include the preparation of designs and technical studies, obtaining construction licenses in any of its modalities and/or urban planning licenses along with the necessary permits and approvals from the respective Educational institutions of the department of Antioquia and Casanare, signed with the FFIE EDUCATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING FUND.
The project consisted of the management and technical, administrative, financial, legal and environmental supervision of 15 educational institutions located in different municipalities of the department of Antioquia and Casanare with an investment of close to 21 million dollars by the Ministry of National Education of Colombia. In total, the construction of 28,000 m2 was supervised, distributed in classrooms, school cafeterias, sports venues, laboratories, school libraries, urban planning works, and both pedestrian and vehicular access.
