Our portfolio includes designs with elements of alternative energy generation, use of rainwater, natural lighting, green roofs and walls, building management systems (BAS), among others.

“Smart cities”

We are inspired by the development of projects that increase the competitiveness levels of cities and thus promote the economic, social and cultural growth of all sectors of the population. The initiatives are based on the implementation of technologies and methods adopted in other leading cities around the world in the concept of “Smart Cities” such as Cologne, Paris, Toronto, Cape Town and Madrid.

Thus, our vision of generating a perfect interaction between the urban ecosystem and the citizen is supported by the use of technology involving intelligent functions in buildings to optimize resources and increase efficiency levels, thus contributing to the objectives of the Smart City. . Smart Buildings are automated buildings planned to save costs, increase our safety and comfort, and be environmentally friendly while being able to interact with other intelligent elements present in a Smart City.
