Interventoría al mejoramiento de Fachada y obras de urbanismo Edificio Siena

The project consisted of the supervision and control of the improvement of the façade of a 10-story building. The main activities focused on patching the façade, applying a plastic coating with a textured, striped finish with graniplast-type weather-resistant quartz grains in affected areas, and painting as a final finish. Additionally, a tour of the roofs, installation of waterproofing blankets, maintenance of access structures to the building and beautification of the common areas was carried out.
